Opened in 2013, Liberty Ridge Health & Rehabilitation Center is conveniently located near U.S. Routes 29 and 460 and Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. It’s our belief that senior care should include a regular opportunity for meaningful social connections. We enjoy regular visits from community groups as well as large holiday celebrations with families and staff. Scenic Lynchburg, known as “Hill City,” features a riverwalk, trails and other attractions.
