They take care of my grandmother
My cousin has been a longtime resident. She is treated with respect and kindness. The facility is clean, staff knowledgeable and professionable. I believe my cousin feels more like she's family there rather than a patient.
LOWELL HEALTHCARE is a licensed, Professional, caring, and family oriented short term and long term establishment. The facilities are clean on the inside and out. Their food is high quality, served hot, and residents have the option of choosing from a varied menu on a daily basis. If needed, Lowell offers transportation services to appointments such as doctor office visits, but also maintains an in house medical staff: nurses, nurse assistants, therapists, and trained volunteers on a 24/7 basis. Residents are offered many varied activities keeping them engaged and are given the opportunity to participate. CARING is the key attitude from Lowell staff. A++ RJD, family member
CARE, CARE, CARE! When you’re searching for a house its all about location, location, location. When you searching for a skilled nursing facility it’s all about CARE, CARE, CARE! That’s exactly what your loved one will receive at Lowell Healthcare. An elderly friend entrusted us to help him after being hospitalized from a fall at his home. Due to a lot of unfortunate circumstances, he was discharged to another facility. To say it was awful would be an understatement. By the time we found Lowell Healthcare he was in pretty bad shape and we did not expect him to live long; however Lowell received and respected him. They were patient and very helpful in guiding us to do what was best for him. Within a month he was like a new man, clean, well cared for, gaining weight and even enjoying activities. This facility is tiny but tough. It may not be the biggest, the newest or even the prettiest, but in terms of CARE, they are the BEST! Everyone seems properly trained and they work effectively as a team. Most of all they CARE. No one ever wants to have to make these tough decisions and yes things can happen when you entrust a loved one’s well being to someone else. But, we can say in all honesty that never saw anything that would have caused us concern no matter what day or time we visited. When we left, we were at peace knowing we chose well and our friend was safe and CARED for. Lowell is a leader when it comes to CARE and we wish that other facilities would follow their example because every life has a story and every life matters. Thanks to all at Lowell Healthcare for your kind and compassionate hearts which are making a huge difference one life at a time.
