We are a senior living community in Altoona, Iowa (just northeast of Des Moines), and we offer four levels of living: independent living, assisted living, short-term rehab, and long-term care.
We don’t like to think of ourselves as a typical senior living community or a nursing home — we’re a family. Every resident is treated with care and served with a smile every day.
We understand how important dining is, and we aim to provide our residents delicious food as well as an inviting environment that residents can spend time with their friends sipping coffee or enjoying dessert.
Our residents enjoy participating in cards games, bingo, chair exercise, church services, movie nights, book clubs, or arts/crafts. We offer activities off-site to the grocery store, dinner outings, concerts/plays, museums, botanical gardens and other fun seasonal outings
Active, maintenance-free living with social events, meals, and housekeeping, no care services required.
