The Regency – New Berlin assisted living and senior living community’s 31-acre campus is ideally situated midway between Waukesha and Milwaukee, close to stores, restaurants and entertainment. Our interconnected campus allows you to stay indoors during inclement weather and still access every convenience just down the hall, including our on-site ProHealth services, beauty salon/barber shop, bank, market, fitness center, chapel, billiards room and even a pub! The Regency lifestyle is rich with opportunities to participate in social activities, fitness and wellness programs, and to pursue new hobbies and interests.
We have expanded our campus with 153 new homes. A few of these gorgeous homes are available. In addition to our current amenities, we will be adding a stunning Sunset Courtyard with park-like greenspace featuring a BBQ area, pergola, gardens, entertainment stage, gas fire pit, bocce ball courts, and putting green for all Regency New Berlin residents. We’re also adding a new private party room, complete with granite countertops and island, tables and chairs, microwave and small refrigerator that can be reserved by any New Berlin Regency resident for birthdays, anniversaries, and other large gatherings.
