Senior Lifestyle’s Senior Suites is a leader in Chicago’s affordable housing and has been since 1995. There are currently 24 communities in the city. With the cooperation of the city, we offer affordable senior living in a variety of neighborhoods to those individuals 62 years and better.

If you want to learn more about affordable senior housing, reach out to our team. Rental rates are based on availability and applicant income and potential residents need to apply and qualify for rates. We also do not require a security deposit or a buy-in fee, but just a simple 12-month lease. With the application process in mind, we welcome prospective tenants, families, and friends to visit our community to learn more.
