I was only in town for a short visit with my gran, but in that short time I saw enough to know she’s in the right place. One moment really stuck with me. Gran’s call light went off because she needed to use the restroom, and before a nurse even reached the door, the Activity Director stepped in without hesitation. Most places, management walks right past call lights but not here. Quinn answered it immediately, introduced herself, and told us she was certified to help. She treated my gran with so much respect and kindness, and it honestly meant a lot to see someone in her position jump in without thinking twice. I also want to mention how incredible the nursing staff has been. Gran talks nonstop about how wonderful nurse Emily is, and after meeting her myself, I completely understand why. She’s warm, attentive, and makes the whole building feel welcoming the moment you walk in. Even though I was only visiting for a short time, I left feeling confident and grateful knowing my gran is surrounded by people who truly care. This team goes above and beyond, and it shows.
