I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My 81-year-old wife, Carol, was a patient at Summit City Rehabilitation Center for two months while battling a serious and painful illness. During an incredibly difficult time, the staff truly became like family to us. They provided excellent, compassionate 24-hour care. Every single shift was the same; the nursing staff communicated beautifully for a smooth transition from shift to shift. The layout greatly enhances patient care. The nursing centers on both floors are centrally located for easy access to information and quick help. The community room used for dining and entertainment is also perfectly situated with the nursing station in full view for constant patient support.Everyone is well-trained, organized, and patient-oriented across all departments. They manage their own on-site dietary department, and the food was excellent. The dietary staff even took extra measures to customize meals for my wife's specific needs. Housekeeping was consistent and well-organized, and they always took the time to warmly interact with patients and families. I am deeply grateful for the professionalism and kindness shown to us, and I highly recommend this facility.— Harold Pickles"

Went on a tour with Nic, you can really tell the folks care about the community and their residents/patients.
My mother came to this facility for rehab after a serious fall which led to several injuries. We are so grateful for the attention and care she received! The facility is clean, staff is professional and KIND. Mom was able to come home after a few short weeks!
