Located in historic Yardley, PA, in the Philadelphia metro area, Sunrise of Lower Makefield offers personal care, memory care and short-term stays to seniors in southeast Pennsylvania. The look of our intimate community is intended to reflect the look and feel of a private home, with the added benefit of an experienced caregiving team that provides 24/7 care.

Our Designated Care Managers offer individual support based on the unique needs of each resident in a warm and loving, yet safe and secure environment. The dining program features three meals prepared from scratch each day by our in-house chef who uses healthy, seasonal ingredients. And, with all of the cultural destinations of Philadelphia just 30 miles down the Delaware River, day trips and excursions are easily coordinated; in fact, some residents ventured to Belmar, NJ, for a beach trip!
