At Sunrise of New Dorp, you will enjoy living in a lively suburban area of Staten Island, just 30 minutes from Manhattan. Our community is conveniently situated just off Hylan Boulevard within easy reach of the shops, restaurants, and beaches of New Dorp. And the Staten Island Expressway is just minutes away, allowing for quick excursions to the culturally invigorating areas of Brooklyn, Jersey City, and the larger New York metropolitan area.

We will provide highly personalized assisted living and memory care services, delivered by an experienced team of caregivers. Our community contains multiple types of suites designed for our residents’ comfort and safety, featuring custom finishes and an emergency response system—and a choice of living in a private suite or with a friend or spouse. Residents will also enjoy our inviting amenities, an expansive outdoor terrace, and common spaces equally suited for engaging programming and gatherings with friends and family.

Each day at Sunrise of New Dorp will be filled with a variety of vibrant activities to enrich your mind, body, and spirit. Activities often include discussions about books and current events, music and exercise classes, intergenerational programs, meditation, and more. Outside of our community, local attractions include New Dorp Beach and the Boulevard Shops, which will be opening in 2020.

Our dining program allows our residents to experience restaurant-quality meals day after day, prepared by our in-house culinary team with fresh herbs and seasonal ingredients. Our menus will include a variety of options, and we will tailor meals for individual tastes and dietary restrictions.
