Section 202 senior apartments are for low or very low-income seniors over the age of 62. Many, but not all communities, have a Service Coordinator who will help the seniors find needed resources and apply for any senior programs that they may be eligible for. For the most part, these communities tend to be near public transportation, medical, and shopping centers.
