As it is our mission is to provide for all the needs of our residents, we understand that nothing is more important in the quest to stay healthy than staying strong and active. We offer free membership to the Family Life Community Center (FLCC) for all our residents. Located next door to our facility, the FLCC has exercise rooms with free weights and exercise equipment, a gymnasium, an elevated walking track, treadmills, and elliptical machines. It is also a full aquatic center with a year-round heated Olympic pool, whirlpool baths, and saunas. Individual and group classes are available to meet the varied physical strengths and interests of our residents.
