The Crossings at Kokomo

The Crossings at Kokomo is a senior living community offering independent living and assisted living at 2501 Friendship Boulevard in Kokomo, Indiana. It was formerly known as Five Star Residences of Northwoods. Short-term respite stays are also offered.

At The Crossings at Kokomo Senior Living, we know what it takes to feel at-home. You need people who are always there for you—ones who know if you like gravy with your mashed potatoes and always say “good morning” with a smile. You need care that you can depend on. And you need the freedom to do what you love.

Luckily all of that and more is right outside of your door at our spacious, senior living community. Our team has been here for decades, friends are around every corner and we have senior living activities for just about every interest. Join a walking group to get those steps in, pick up a new read from the local library’s bookmobile, embrace your creative spirit by learning a new craft or head out with the crew to cheer on the home team at a Kokomo Jackrabbits baseball game. It’s all right here, just for you. Come on in.
