The staff is very friendly and helpful! The facility was clean and well kept, and they are well known for their rehab and memory care units! They have a lot of activities for the residents too!
My grandma had to stay at Northwoods Village for two weeks for rehab- and she received the best care she has ever received! The admissions process was amazing! Amanda was there every step of the way and made sure my sweet grandma was taken care of! The nurses and CNAs were amazing and were very attentive to my grandma- she didn’t have to wait long at all if she needed assistance. The therapists working with her were top notch! Her mobility improved and she got to come home sooner than we thought because they believed in her and helped her every step of the way! So thankful for the wonderful service my sweet grandma received! Thank you!
Great place to work and an amazing place to have rehab done. Very nice and caring community and the employees are awesome!
Never meet anyone nicer than Amanda in admissions at north woods and first I didn’t want to be here but now I am long term resident and feel very safe and have met nice people
