  Hickory Creek was the best decision I could have made for my parents. The staff is caring, the food is good, and the care is exceptional. Management communicates frequently and lets me know whenever there are changes in care or if they want to try something different. Thank you, Hickory Creek!

  The best care for my grandmother in Madison. So grateful for this staff and home. They are always attentive and treat her as their own family.

  Hickory Creek has been nothing but great for our family. We loved the building and staff so much that we transitioned our elderly Grandmother there as well. The building is clean and well maintained. The food options are great. The nursing staff go above and beyond to make sure every resident is cared for like their own family. Therapy is great and works hard to ensure the residents receive the best care.

  Dealing with the needs of an elderly loved one is difficult, depressing, and sometimes overwhelming. Through the process, caregivers and families are often burdened with guilt and angst when trying to make the right decision for placement. My uncle has advanced Parkinson’s Syndrome and was not safe at home. When my uncle developed an infected toe and needed placement following an amputation, we considered several options in the region. As a health care worker who has worked in the industry, I knew that Hickory Creek Madison was the best choice for him. In addition, the cost was affordable for private pay, and when my uncle had exhausted his resources, the administration and business office went above and beyond to plan for and be ready to make a transition from private pay to Medicaid. Hickory Creek Madison’s landscape is beautiful and nestled next to a city park, the town is fun to visit, the staff is awesome, the small size of the facility offers better care, and most of all, we have the peace of mind that he is in good hands.
