The love and care my mom receives on The Cottage Memory Care unit is phenomenal!
Lacey and her staff in The Cottage Memory Care unit are phenomenal and truly care about their residents. I know my mom is in good hands when I’m not there.
My mother is currently at Columbia, the staff has been caring for her with lots of love and attention. They are always friendly. They try to make her conformable and make her feel like home. Even though she speaks no English, staff have been trying to learn some Russian words to communicate with her. She is always giving them hugs and kisses. By her appearance I can tell that she is thankful for their attention. I am very thankful for Columbia and their staff.
Columbia Healthcare Center has some of the best staff. They are very knowledgeable and compassionate. I have had the best interactions at the facility.
