We had to place my grandfather due to dementia. He was rapidly declining and needed immediate care. The staff was extremely helpful and caring from start to finish. Everything was easy to understand and explained in detail. When we arrived the first thing we noticed was that it smelled clean and fresh. As a former EMT I have been in many of the places that just smelled horrible. He was in a private room and the nursing staff always asked if we needed anything. They set hospice to come in as well. When he passed at 3 am one of the staff sat with him as we were trying to get there. They were compassionate, caring, and kind. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing this level of care
My boyfriends grandfather Floyd was recently there and the entire time the staff did fantastic with him. They have an an amazing little place for people that need it and they treat the families just as good. Every time we were there, all of us were very pleased with how good the nursing home smelled. It never even smelled like people were there. The cleaning staff do an amazing job at keeping everything clean and making the place feel like a really nice "home away from home". I would absolutely recommend Franklin Meadows to anybody who needs a little extra help.
My mom was admitted here for PT after major back surgery and they have been so accommodating to her. Truly going above and beyond to help her heal and grow stronger. They genuinely care and it shows. Very very clean as well. She's been in and out of a few different ones for past issues but this one puts them all to shame!
I am here for rehab and this is the best place ever! The staff is what makes it so great!
