I never thought I would need to place my parent in a nursing facility.... But on 6/16/2023 the day came. It was an emergency situation. I visited a few and read 100's of reviews. After meeting with North Park (Tasha Anderson) at my home, we decided to give it a trial run. After the settling in time I went to visit. The staff was so welcoming and answered any and all questions or concerns. I met Cheryl Burchett on the first day, she was so professional and caring, she hugged me and told me everything that was going on with my dad was normal for a resident with Dementia. From that day forward I met a whole new family.. My dad passed away on 7/29/26. If it wasn't for the " Cottage staff" I would have never got through this. I want to thank everyone at North Park for caring and loving my dad. Just a few of the ones that had a special place in my dads heart ..... Tasha Anderson / Cheryl Burchett / Brandy Head/ Kayla Barnes / Nurse Alisha/ Kelsey Bullock / Kayla Birdwell/ Crimzyn Johnson/ Allison Goedde/ ..... Kristy, Paris, Caprice, Kayleigh, Joni, and many others. My dad loved all of these ladies and gave them all Havoc. The bond that we all have is amazing. I will definitely continue to volunteer and to visit with my North Park Family.
North Park is a great place! The building is clean, smells good, and staff are very attentive. I would recommend this building to anyone who is looking for skilled nursing care, long term care, or memory care!
I have worked for ASC 12 years. I believe this is the best company and building to work with! I cherish the relationships with my resident's and their families!
I was a patient for several months, went in with broken femur and cirrhosis. It was a very hard struggle but credit a good deal of recovery to them. I find treating the staff good means you get the same respect. Took me awhile to figure that out but they have an extremely difficult job. The executive staff is top notch all the way and the rehab department is PRO!
