My father was here for rehab and the therapy team was wonderful to him. The staff are super friendly and treated him like family. The receptionist always made my day, I’m glad I chose this place to help get him back home stronger and healthier
The most wonderful facility I’ve ever been apart of or as a resident. In 2024 I was admitted into the facility and received the best care! The staff as a whole is very team oriented and very knowledgeable, supportive and professional! I couldn’t have had a better workplace or rehabilitation experience! I appreciate every last one of the staff members and associates that are apart of our team.
**Exceptional Turnaround and High Standards of Care** Rosewalk has undergone a remarkable transformation and is now an excellently managed facility. The Clinical Team is a breath of fresh air, clearly thriving under the leadership of a top-tier nursing management team. The Executive Director leads with compassion and respect, which evidently builds a high-trust culture where staff feel safe to take risks and be honest. The building is meticulously clean, and the professionalism of the staff is immediately apparent; both CNAs and Nurses are consistently in uniform and present themselves with pride. Most importantly, the level of care provided to patients is truly exceptional. Thank you to the entire Rosewalk team for your dedication in turning this facility around and setting a new standard for excellence.
