We did a respite stay at this facility with my grandmother who has stage 6 dementia. Absolutely love this place very clean, caring staff and the memory care center was the perfect setting. Holly the administrator truly cares for the residents Justine in the the memory care center was wonderful and Charmin the kitchen manger was exceptional she made sure my grandmother got food she liked and that was easy for her to eat. The people at this facility went above and beyond. If you are looking for a place for your loved one to live or even just a respite stay i highly recommend salem crossing.
I was sent here from Indianapolis,I was released cause of insurance I just want to say this place was wonderful the people that works there is absolutely fabulous they do anything and everything to make you feel at home would I live here absolutely thats how great it is i want to put names but I dont want to misspell everyone's name wrong so ...1st,2nd,3rd shift workers was fantastic also the physical therapy staff ❤️ will miss you all!!! Friendly staff, clean facility.
My mom was at the facility for a shot stay June - July 2021. She received excellent care and the therapy department was wonderful.
