It has taken me a couple of weeks to finish this review because I don't want to miss anyone or anything important. My 90 yr old mama had to check in about 3 weeks ago because of a fractured pelvis. As many people told us, it's an incredibly painful injury that can only be healed with PT, a good diet, exercise and loving care. We were all very hesitant about bringing mom to any sort of "senior" place because she's never been. We were wrong to be worried. This beautiful building is like a lodge in the middle of the Colorado mountains. It is spacious, very clean, modern, no weird smells and the most important part, an outstanding crew of people from the management to the day to day staff. From the minute we checked in by ambulance we were greeted by office staff who gave us an overview of what to expect and what was available. There are several different sections, a rehab section (where mom was) an assisted living and a convelescent living quarters. I can only speak to the staff on the rehab side but WOW!! I am also immensely grateful for the care, compassion and professionalism of almost everyone who came in contact with my mom. Was it a perfect 2 week stay? Nope, but the rough spots in the road were quickly taken care of by Miss Gloria, the Nursing Director. The Dr. in charge of my mom's care, Dr. Riaz, although very busy, always took the time to talk to my mom one on one and encourage her to give it her 100% during PT and getting well. He is the kind of doctor everyone with a sick senior parent would wish to have in their corner. The food for the most part was good, the desserts were better😉 and the place was a quiet peacful place to recuperate in. A HUGE shoutout to the entire PT staff for their extreme patience, kindness, gentle encouragement in getting my mom to walk and and work as hard as she good. They were ALL angels, every, single, one of them. There is no way our family can ever thank the Arrowhead team for making this a wonderful experience for my mom. Despite the fact that most days they battled what all businesses battle (not enough staff) they always did their best and you could also see it in the way they cared for all the Seniors there. A+++++ Ps. They're open 24/7 to the families of the patients & residents. That transparency was greatly appreciated.

I would highly recommend this facilty, coming from health care provider myself She is on they way to mending Thanks to Your wonderful care!!

Words cannot express our appreciation for the care my brother-in-law Virgil received at Arrowhead Senior Living during the final stage of his life. Staff members showed genuine kindness and compassion, and we are truly grateful for those moments. The staff helped guide us through difficult decisions with care and understanding, which meant a great deal to our family. End-of-life care is never easy, and we recognize the efforts made to keep him comfortable during that time. Thank you to those who provided support and care when it was needed most. I would highly recommemd Arrowhead Senior Living to anyone in need.
